Teacher Stipend Form

Please use this form to indicate your interest in receiving a $300 stipend for pilot testing the Conservation Nation Academy lessons. To receive the stipend, you will need to complete the following by July 15:

FIRST: Teach at least three lessons, including one from each of these three categories:

1: Drawing Conclusions, Conservation Conversations, or Wildlife Fact vs. Fiction

2: Green Careers, Conservation Career Profiles, Wildlife Detectives, Conservation Champions, or Manatee Tales

3: Mindfulness Outdoors or Wingin' It

SECOND: Fill out one teacher feedback form for each of the three lessons you test out. 

(If you teach the same lesson to multiple class periods, you just fill out one feedback form for that lesson.)

THIRD: Have each of your students fill out the student evaluation form after completing all of the lessons you test. Make sure they list you as their teacher on this form!
